What happens to an enquiry
Information you submit can be reviewed and a suitable project can be introduced to an appropriate installation specialist. The specialist is responsible for the property-specific survey, design, proposal, pricing and the credentials or warranties attached to their work.
How HEY Solar can make money
HEY Solar is a lead-generation platform and may receive commercial value from suitable enquiries or introductions. We aim to be clear about that role rather than presenting HEY Solar as the installer when another company fulfils the work.
What we will not claim
We do not borrow an installation partner’s MCS, NICEIC, NAPIT or other credentials and present them as HEY Solar’s own. Where a credential matters to a project, check the actual contracting installer and current certification.
