Clear responsibility
The installation specialist should identify the legal contracting entity and take responsibility for survey, design, quotation, installation, certification, warranties and aftercare within its scope.
What we expect when a suitable HEY Solar enquiry moves from research into survey, design and quotation.

The installation specialist should identify the legal contracting entity and take responsibility for survey, design, quotation, installation, certification, warranties and aftercare within its scope.
Projected generation, savings and payback should show their assumptions. Product and workmanship warranty claims should be attributable to the actual provider and documentation.
Where certification, scheme membership or regulated electrical work is relevant, the specialist should provide current evidence applicable to the contracting entity and project. HEY Solar does not borrow those credentials as its own.
Customers should receive the documents appropriate to their installation, including relevant system information, warranties and commissioning/certification material supplied by the contractor.
Energy use, tariffs, weather, export rates and behaviour change. Forecasts can inform a decision, but should not be presented as guaranteed financial outcomes unless a specific contractual guarantee genuinely exists.
