Project identity
A publishable project record should identify the broad property/site type and region without exposing private customer information. Where permission exists, photographs should be from the actual project.
A case study should show what happened, what was measured and what remains an estimate.

Useful evidence includes installed PV capacity, battery capacity where relevant, key equipment, commissioning date and the installation specialist responsible for the work. Figures should come from project documentation rather than memory.
Forecast generation and savings must be labelled as forecasts. Actual generation, import reduction or export should only be described as actual when supported by monitoring, bills or other records over a stated period.
For business projects, project cost, annual benefit and payback assumptions should only be published where the customer/partner permits it and the basis is clear. Commercially sensitive information can be withheld rather than guessed.
If later evidence materially changes a published project claim, the case study should be corrected and its review date updated.
